Shipping Policy for GaraBrick™

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer worldwide shipping to the following regions:

  • United States (All 50 states)
  • European Union (All member countries)
  • Additional international destinations (available at checkout)

Note: Delivery to remote areas or P.O. Boxes may be subject to carrier restrictions.


2. Production & Processing Time

To ensure the structural integrity and LED quality of our dioramas, processing times vary by product:

  • Standard Dioramas: Processed within 1–3 business days
  • Pre-Order Items: Ships on the date specified on the product page

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping Option Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping 5–12 business days
Expedited Shipping 3–7 business days
International (EU) 7–14 business days

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs clearance and external factors may affect delivery.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location.


5. International Orders & Customs

Important for International Buyers:

  • Duties & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and local charges
  • EU Customers: VAT and duties are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout
  • Customs Delays: GaraBrick™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

  • Carrier Delays: GaraBrick™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or weather conditions
  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation

  • EU Customers: You have the right to return items within 14 days (unused and unopened) for a full refund (excluding return shipping)
