Refund Policy for GaraBrick™

1. Coverage

This policy applies to all purchases from GaraBrick (garabrick.com), excluding:

  • Custom-made products (e.g., personalized dioramas or engraved plates).

  • Items damaged by improper assembly (e.g., forced fitting of modular parts).

  • Clearance/sale items (marked "Final Sale").

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds Granted When:

  • Goods received with serious defects (e.g., major structural cracks) rendering them unusable.

  • Package marked "undeliverable" by carrier or lost by courier company.

  • EU consumers within the 14-day cooling-off period (items must be unused and in original packaging).

Partial Refunds May Apply For:

  • Minor defects after use (up to 30% refund).

  • Missing accessories or small parts (value deducted from refund).

  • Minor cosmetic damage due to logistics (up to 30% refund).

  • Pre-shipment Cancellations: A 10% handling fee will be charged for refunds requested for personal reasons before shipment to cover platform commissions and administrative costs.

  • Non-Quality Returns: If you request a refund/exchange after receiving goods without quality issues, you will be responsible for the full return shipping costs.

3. Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Contact support@garabrick.com within 30 days of delivery.

    • Required: Order # + Photo/Video evidence of the issue.

  2. Get RMA Approval: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued within 48 hours. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

  3. Ship Items Back: Use original or protective packaging to ensure fragile acrylic/LED parts are safe.

    • Recommended: Use a tracked shipping method.

4. Refund Processing

Note: Shipping costs (including return shipping) are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective by our team.

5. Special Provisions

  • ▸ EU Consumers: 14-day no-questions-asked returns from delivery date. Buyer pays return shipping unless the product is defective.

  • ▸ International Orders: Refund amount excludes paid duties/VAT. Customs payment proof may be required for certain duty refund claims.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

We reserve the right to deny refunds for:

  • ✖ Expired return period (over 30 days).

  • Customer-induced damage (e.g., using incorrect voltage for LEDs or dropping items).

  • ✖ Untraceable return shipments.
